REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
We strive to provide you with the best possible experience. However, we understand that sometimes plans change. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.
Cancellation by Participant
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event: Participants may cancel their registration and receive a full refund, excluding any processing fees.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event: Participants may cancel their registration and receive a 50% refund, excluding any processing fees.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within this period.
Transfer of Ticket
Transfer to Another Participant: Participants may transfer their tickets to another individual. Please get in touch with us to arrange the transfer via email at hello@apollosociety.nyc.
Cancellation by Organizer
Event Cancellation: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel an event, all participants will receive a full refund, including processing fees. We will notify participants as soon as possible.
Event Rescheduling: If an event is rescheduled, participants will have the option to either attend the rescheduled event or receive a full refund, including processing fees.
No-Show Policy
No-Show: No refunds or credits will be issued for participants who do not attend the event without prior notice.

Exceptional Cases: We understand that emergencies happen. Please get in touch with us at hello@apollosociety.nyc to discuss any exceptional circumstances. Refunds or credits may be issued at the discretion of the organizer.
